The Perfect Pita

My go-to-lunch as of late. Half a whole wheat pita filled with chickpeas/garbanzo beans, green bell pepper slices, cucumber, spinach, and Tzatziki sauce (if you haven't tried this sauce yet you MUST! made with Greek yogurt and delicious!). Of course my favorite sides are included, organic blue corn chips from "Garden of Eatin'" (gosh I love a good pun) and organic grapes (I emphasize organic here only because organic grapes are WAY more expensive but so delicious that I feel they need this qualifier). Sorry for the B- on plate presentation but I was too hungry to try to make it look appealing, you will just have to trust me.
