Sesame Tilapia

So we bought Tilapia on sale at HEB (8 fillets for $6!) Now I just have to find 4 recipes for Tilapia...

My first attempt can be seen here, which turned out quite mediocre.

Last night we tried for round two and made Sesame Tilapia and were very pleased!  I used Allrecipes.com to find the recipe.  This sight is amazing!  You can search by the ingredients you have and for each recipe you put in the number of servings you want and it will convert the original recipe for you.  Yay for not having to do math that makes your head hurt just so you can figure out how to make a recipe for 6 into a recipe for 2!
